Links for CDs Contest #1 - Get Linking!
Brantford, ON – TheraisaK.com, Brantford based low cost freelance graphic design and creative services by Theraisa K, announces today the start of an ongoing series of contests aimed at link marketing in exchange for music CDs.
“ ‘Links for CDs’ provides contestants with the opportunity of scoring a handful of CDs from various artists across multiple genres of music including but not limited to rap, country, easy listening, digital hardcore, metal, rock and more.” Theraisa K, freelance designer and owner of TheraisaK.com announces. “The purpose of the contest series is twofold. On the one hand it is aimed at exposing the services and website of TheraisaK.com to a wider audience in hopes of gaining more diverse clientele. On the other hand, it’s helping to give back to the music community, in which we started in, by giving winning participants free CDs.”
Theraisa K started out in the independent music community in 1994; helping unknown musicians and bands throughout the world reach new levels in their music careers by offering free street team management, online promotional tools and design services through her company Aid For Bands. By 2002 she brought another dimension to her services by writing about independent music through various online and print magazines including her own: Space Junkies Magazine. For the next four years she continued to cater exclusively to recording artists and performers, but unlocked the doors to the rest of the world in 2007 with the start of TheraisaK.com.
“TheraisaK.com originally began in 1998 as one third of Aid For Bands - Aid For Bands was three services in one: promotion, design and writing – all catering exclusively to independent musicians world wide.” Theraisa K begins, “Eventually I ended up dividing the services into their own respective entities: AFBPromotions, Space Junkies Magazine and Whippitup Designs. Whippitup Designs became what is now TheraisaK.com, and we no longer cater exclusively to independent musicians, like we once did, but to everyone including startups, freelancers, corporations and many others.”
