Contest Results -- Favorite Landscapes Of 2009

January 8th, 2010 - Miami Springs, FL

In remembrance of the year past, this contest invited artists from FAA to contribute their favorite landscapes created in 2009. Nearly 150 members submitted 374 works of art.

Winning the contest, Mount Errigal, an acrylic on canvas by Alan Hogan, depicts a Irish landscape in beautiful hues of green.

Second place, Road Through Monument Valley, a high dynamic range photograph by William Wetmore, depicts the Mars-like scenery of Monument Valley under a brilliant blue sky.

Third place, Morning Light, a photograph by Daniel Csoka, depicts the morning sun peeking through a foggy forrest scene.
