It's almost that time of year again, when poultry passions are stirred to bring new members into the flock. The fluffy wonders touch hearts and give non stop entertainment ... conjuring up such phrases as 'Chick Watching,' 'Chick Flicks,' 'Peep Show,' 'Don't Be a Chicken,' 'Eggstra Special,' and as we sometimes call it here.... 'Redneck TV.' By the way, the term 'Redneck' was born out of the characteristic sunburn on the back of a farmer's neck from hours of working in the fields.
