Awakening And Evolving

February 14th, 2015 - Berlin

You might know this situation, long hours, stress, perfomance pressures, lack of sleep, bad health habits, too much wine and dine, etc...

A long career in the corporate world selling complex information technology solutions, business travel, long projects away from home made it that the artist was brought back to life allowing for more time with his son who was only five and suffered from the detachment each time his father had to leave. So in order to change this part and also after suffering some health implications due to living on-the-go, too much coffee, restaurant food and wine, little sleep and too much stress it was time to get healthy, to awake the artist again and share the passion of the outdoors and evolve in the art of photography.

Christophe De Greve was born in Brussels, Belgium and discovered photography from as early as walking-age. His passion for photography comes direct from the influence of his father, Jose De Greve who is a known Belgian professional photographer, Bronze Medal winner of the world renowned Nikon Photo Contest who was active in photography covering; Fashion, Advertising/ Publicity, Travel and Nature.

Like father, like son applies for this artist who shares the passion of travels, and art in the form of bringing light together with some real nice images that can enhance the interior walls of both private homes, offices and galleries. The artist focuses mainly on sharing nice images in Travel & Nature photography and has traveled to many places on our globe.

This photographer likes the idea to bring a different kind of photographs to the living spaces of homes and offices alike, with a wink to old world countries such as Germany, Ireland and his favorite destination in Europe, Spain. Christophe De Greve is a big fan of Ansel Adams' photography and Yellowstone National Park, that he discovered through his father at the age of nine. He travels regularly to the States where you might catch some of his work in a local gallery.
