Arts by the Bay Gallery in Havre de Grace, Maryland held their Come in from the Cold Reception/Exhibit on Friday January 29th. The evening was a great success with new patrons as well as old friends. The collectors mingled with the artists as they enjoyed wine and beer along with light fare. Darlene Wallis is our featured artist for this exhibit.
