New Hampshire illustrator Mark Armstrong has released a new humorous birthday card design. A stream of little birthday cakes is squeezing thru an artery that's becoming clogged with fatty deposits. Outside text: "Uh-oh... You're gettin' up there..." Suggested inside greeting: "I can tell from all the plaque in your cakestream. Happy Birthday!!"
