About this Group
This group is for Artists who paint any topic on silk, be it dye on silk, stamped or with wax, all gutta and resists, feel free to include any or all of your designs, special techniques and effects salt and other items you use to create your art for all silk painting. Be proud of your paintings, clothing, scarves anything that has been painted on silk. Promote yourself here on Fine Art America, if you are already a member of FAA, become a member of this new group. Getting your work featured means you can add that info to your Bio, and will help you in promoting your work and other Fine Art Silk Artists everywhere.
REMINDER: THIS GROUP IS FOR SILK PAINTINGS ONLY, NO PHOTOGRAPHS, DIGITAL ART OR OTHER MEDIUMS. you may submit up to three images per day. To be fair to the other members I will have to delete images that do not meet the above description, however that does not mean in any way that your art work was not good, just that it didn't fit the description. To submit an image, please join the group first then go to your gallery and re-edit your chosen image and select this group and it should add your work for administrative review automatically. Reminder it might take up 24 hours to add your images to the group page. I will try to get your images up as fast as can. Check frequently for new information as we grow. I would like to welcome all new members.
