About This Group

The image must have first been created in a camera. It is okay to use (or not use) digital effects in software.

Think in terms of the 'essence' of a thing or place, without a lot of conflicting colors or lines. Please refer to the Discussion Thread entitled MINIMALISM - DEFINITION.

The Administrator will only accept FIFTY WORKS total, in keeping with this theme. If you enter more than FIFTY works into the group total, the excess number of images will be removed from the group. Once five images have been accepted into the group, you will have one of your images featured on the home page.

Not all images will be accepted into the group. If a work is deemed to not fit the 'minimalism' concept, it will not be included. This is a subjective issue, admittedly, but we have to have some limits.

The idea will be to draw people to your artwork site, not to hold thousands of images in the group, most of which will not be seen if they are too far back in the pack.
