This picture was taken on the banks of the Yellowstone River in Yellowstone National Park. I am forever playing with colors and texture, and I must admit that orange is my favorite color... so this image just sort of transformed itself into a
landscape on fire. It reminds me of the many times that Yellowstone has actually burned; these unfortunate events in nature eventually encouraging certain types of trees to reproduce, and thus causing something good to sprout forth from the damaged land.
