WINDING DOWN by Lynn Bauer - Bright blue skies begin to surround the billowy white clouds as a storm is winding down. But, that is not all that is winding down! Sunlight streams in from the left as the day is winding down. So, we wind our way down the trail in the gorgeous green hills of Ventura County, California, and make our way home. This was the glorious end of a day filled with chasing rainbows and catching sunbeams. California has been suffering from four years of drought, and today's rain was a lovely and welcome relief!!
