Where Some of the Bodies Are Hidden

Medium
Painting - Acrylic On Canvas Board
Description
If you don't know where the bodies are hidden, you're not paying attention. It's been this way down through time and over many lands. Men, women, children, babies. Red, white, black, brown, yellow. Doesn't matter. Wrong time, wrong place. This 16x12 acrylic abstract painting was inspired by the latest death figures (800+) out of the riots over two days in Egypt. That's not counting wars, religious crusades, fanaticism of this kind or that throughout history. And then of course, there's genocide and just plain murder. The block in the upper left provides the subtitle for this piece, i.e. "Next!"

What a powerful statement, made all the stronger by your approach, style and design. An insightful work of art that brings tears, rage and fear. Outstanding and compelling!
