This almost does not look like a watercolor. From me, that's actually a compliment. Some people are all about the classic watercolor style. Personally, I'm trying to get my watercolor to do many other different things. You are where I want to be.

Mark, I will take that as a compliment...thank you.i do admire the watercolorist that paints loose and washy but I try for realism in all mediums. I sometimes paint the same image in acrylics and watercolour and sell the acrylic painting and keep the watercolour to hang on my own walls. You have a wonderful portfolio of paintings!
