Walk With Me by Karen Cook - The golden beauty of the Mill Yard trail of the Annapolis Valley in late autumn. One of my favorite places to walk, I am always in awe of the everchanging faces of the trail, as the seasons change. This trail, well used by walkers, hikers, snow machines and all terrain vehicles, is a true four season trail. Once a busy railroad track, when the rail service was discontinued, the tracks were removed and the property was turned over for use as a trail. The Mill Yard Trail is located in the Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia. This trail is near my home and has become a place of reflection, peace and relaxation. A place where people can walk with me. We all need someone to walk beside us once in awhile!
