Awesome, Richard…reminds me of my childhood…my great grandfather had a maple sugar farm in Canada and we always went to out local sugar shacks to smell the aroma, buy fresh syrup (grade A medium Amber) and some “la tire sur la neige”….v…best to you…Fav
