Description
This is another invented scene full of grain towers and tracks. It could be anywhere, but I like to imagine it in the high Central Plains. The title is a reference to the name on one of the elevators on the right, and also to something completely unrelated to the painting, which is a chapter title "Victoria and Her Sisters," in a BBC documentary on the history of Great Britain. The elevators sort of seemed like a family anyway, which is often the case for any structures in the plains - silos, augers, houses. They all seem to huddle together, as if for company, or protection.
