I took this photograph as we were crossing the Ohio River from Steubenville Ohio to Weirton, WV on US Hwy 22. This bridge opened on May 1, 1990 to replace The Fort Steuben Bridge (1928-2009 and demolished in 2012).

Thanks, Laura. Blue skies are unusual in that location since it is gray and cloudy there so much of the time. I felt very fortunate to get the shot with a blue sky that day.
