Description
Probably one of the best shoreline spots to shoot in Burlington, Vermont is at the lone rock point. The area here is part of a thrust fault that runs under Lake Champlain from the New York side of the lake and is clearly visible in the cliffs and rocks here. There are several awesome rock structures which have broken off from the cliffs and fallen into the water here. I caught a nice shot in a long exposure of this gigantic boulder which has some still living trees attached to it.
