Description
The Dia De Los Inocentes parade, featuring outrageous masks, costumes, skits and men in drag, began at Huayna Capac at Juan Jose Flores Jan 6/13 at 5pm and continued to the Museo Pumapungo at Calle Larga. The parade attracted in excess of 25,000 spectators this year. This artwork is derived from a photograph taken in Cuenca, Ecuador, South America nestled in the Andes Mountains. I love this work!!
