Naturally my mind goes to a naughty place given the position of the cane. In any case this definitely has stories in it. I very glad I'm not the one that will be giving her a pedicure. I am glad she found a place to rest :) V

You did ? Naughty naughty Lin :))) she was quite hot....thanks for your kind inobedience .... Lol

Phoenix, AZ - United States

Just had to swing by and vote for this again. (SHHH!) ;-) Just so much "here" Michel... too good to be denied. I can't help but ache for her a bit -- I live in the desert. She looks as if she's hot. If that's the case, I'm happy for her water bottle, (and sun glasses, which apparently she doesn't need in this spot) but I must note that here, where I live, her flesh would NOT be touching that (even MORE hot) concrete without getting burned, so, at least for ME, this image has that additional anxious, "involving" almost anachronistic edge -- it "gets" me... pulls me in even further, thus deepening my attraction.

Zoetermeer - Netherlands

Thanks for this comment Darla...never got this positive view on it...always doubted before posting it...but now i see the positive side ! thank you :)

Seven Mile Beach, Gr - Cayman Islands

With the obvious handicaps captured…I see a person who is upright and enjoying the outdoors… still making the effort to participate in life. In my opinion a positive outlook even with the physical limitations and challenges…a strong will to thrive and still be present! Bravo to her!

Zoetermeer - Netherlands

Lovely to inspire Lin....thanks so much for these words :)

Phoenix, AZ - United States

You just do such good work, Michel.... "great" really. This stirs in me thoughts of one of my street-photog heros, Lisette Model...

Yelm, WA - United States

Great captured moment, story, and excellent use of diametrically opposed diagonals in your composition, as well as the interesting variety of textural elements. You have a really wonderful eye...clearly sensitive to seeing on many levels! I really enjoy your work! v/f
