Description
This is simply a fun abstraction which was not so fun at the time. While on an assignment in a canoe, on a fast moving big river, with little control, we were pulled into a shoreline tree fall. The canoe immediately upset with all our equipment and this is evidently the last shot my camera took as it and I were headed to the bottom. I did find the images on the card in the camera. The camera itself was ruined. However, ever the photographer I must have taken this as a reflex move. I doubt that anyone would ever want to own the image, but the back story is pretty good.

Thanks Denise and Elizabeth. And Elizabeth, my feet seem to be acquiring a mind of their own as I age..the do need more attention.

Glad you were okay but sorry about the camera! Every good photographer has a war story! I fell down an observation tower once and have since learned to keep track of my feet better!
