There are so many words that I could use to describe Acadia. But to keep it short and simple, it really is "The Land that I Love!" There really isn't any place on Earth that I would rather be than inside Acadia National Park. In looking at this photograph, is there any compelling reason why I wouldn't rather be there than anywhere else?

My wife and I live in NC now, but lived in ME for 20 years and spent a lot of time on MDI and have walked by Otter Cliffs many, many times. I'll be purchasing this print for my own home. Hi Max, Thank you so much! Your comments are so heartfelt and most appreciated. MDI is my home, but I live in Yarmouth. I carry MDI with me in my heart everyday and look for reasons...and time to escape up there whenever I can. It has always been a dream of mine to visit Acadia on the first day of the year, and finally this year the stars aligned and we were able to trek up there! Please let me know if you come back to Maine. Happy New Year!
