This is a nighttime scene of the entrance to a fair, where a ferris wheel, roller coasters, etc. can be partially seen. But there's also a beach before the elaborate entrance gate, where many bring their umbrellas and inner tubes to the waterfront. This is a very large picture which looks better when seen at full resolution.
