Love the title! Were you recently visiting New York City? Heart warming urban narrative.
Michel Verhoef replied:
Thanks my dear Yvonne, no this must have been about 3 years ago, when that Amtrak train derailed....so everyone had to go by Greyhound than :))

Love the tone choice with this capture, the little creature warms up the urban everyday life and highlighted the remaining joy in such industrial atmosphere... a true photographer's instinctual capture... another signature click...... v.f
Michel Verhoef replied:
Thanks Fei !! Yes, I still like it because I instantly found a nice title for it ....so, it had to stay :)

Before even commenting... "How Much is that Doggy in the Window?" came to mind! :-D What a smile that pooch has!
Michel Verhoef replied:
Definitely that song...and in my mind I had that title all wrong....it is ...how much...and I always thought that the doggy wanted a seat :))) patti page got it all wrong I guess....lol....:-)))

How you manage to get every detail aligned in perfect compositional harmony is beyond my comprehension! I love how the doggy seems to be the star of the show here.. posing so happily and graciously while the people just go about their business in the background~ I love the entire scene Michel!
Michel Verhoef replied:
I am just passing the scene being very lucky :-)) but did you recognize the song in the title ?...:)))

The juxtaposition of these two visuals....my eyes are dancing back and forth...with stars sprinkling out!!
Michel Verhoef replied:
Ha...jumping eyes normally mean that I could not choose a subject....but coming from you I think you meant it as a compliment ;-))

Lol! ... I have a good feeling ...my instincts tell me: the doggie really did get a seat by the window; great capture {they all are, actually, Michel} ; really love the tones here.... & the attention to detail is so very fine {& thank you for bringing me a smile with the great title} :))
Michel Verhoef replied:
Thanks Connie ! As I said to Joni, a smile is the best compliment so I'm also returning one to you than :-)
