Description
This isn't what I'd call a finished painting, but rather a test piece on a product called TerraSkin....with similar characteristics as Yupo. But unlike Yupo which is a plastic material, TerraSkin is made of stone. While painting on it with watercolor, I noticed a slight velvety feel with a very slight tooth. Colors mingle with ease & color can easily be lifted back to the white substrate. I have no idea how long this has been on the market as I've just recently heard it mentioned by another artist here on Redbubble. This is different --It is so interesting seeing the various new products you are trying out Martha. I have tracked down Yupo and am quite excited about experimenting with it.. I like thispicture but enjoyed your previous Yupo one more.

Thanks, Val. Looking forward to seeing your works on Yupo. Tip....be sure to wipe it down with alcohol before painting on it because any residue that might be on there (including fingerprints) will act as a resist.
