"Sweet Dreams" by Debbie Oppermann. Sweet dreams are made of beautiful, serene images and looking up to the sky to see these wonderful spectral colors and the wispy clouds certainly induce that feeling of tranquility. This optical phenomenon, Circumhorizontal arc, ice halo, is a refraction of the sun on ice crystals in cirrus or cirrostratus clouds. What a wonderful, awesome sight! This image would be a lovely addition to a child's room, for sweet dreams!
