An abstract interpretation of the pearly gates of Heaven. The gateway to Heaven is quite often depicted literally, as an ornate golden gate adorned by pearls, but it can also be a more intangible concept. A place where the soul passes through to the next plane of existence. I won't tell you what to believe, but I think there is a life after death and that our choices here on earth will stay with us for eternity. It's up to us to learn and grow from our mistakes and hopefully make the world a better place while we're here. Which side of the gate you end up on is entirely up to you.
