This oak tree is literally laying on it's side! It looks like it was resting, its been resting like this for many, many years. It is located in a waterfront park called Philippe, near Safety Harbor Florida. This is not my first time taking photos of this tree. I remember shooting photos of it 10 years ago in color. But this time I wanted some good black and white photos of it, just to show it's true character. I think I capture that character with this shot of the "Sleepy Oak". I hope you like it as much I appreciated shooting it!!!
