Description
I have been fascinated with these seaside cliffs and caves for years. There are layers of different types of rock in this part of central California, some very dark and volcanic and some brilliant white; a sort of tuff material that sparkles in the sun. The sea has worked on these cliffs for years, creating caves that you can walk into when the tide is low. The rough, craggy surface makes for some really interesting reflected light effects.

Thank you Nancy. It is south of Cambria by probably 35 miles or so. It's an awesome part of the California coast. Not wall to wall people usually.
