Rainbow over a black ocean. The ocean in this photograph is not altered in black. It really was black and you see the scene, as I saw it. I never saw a deep black sea like this before, and I have not seen a phonomenon like this since then. Location: Sabang, Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro, Philippines. Thank you! The object is a "banca", a outrigger boat, used as passenger ferry between islands in the Philippines.
