This image is part of an exciting new body of artworks that I began in 2013. These unearthly images were made with infrared photography, which captures wavelengths of light that are not visible to human eyes. Instead of a colourful image, the photo has an eerie, otherworldly quality that seems plucked from a distant world. My goal is to show the strange beauty that I see in these atmospheric images.
