I had a photo of my friend that I liked in pose but it was just her in a bussiness suit in a office cubical. When I painted in the beging on canvas I used the photo pinned up on the wall and refered to it , same as her sitting there but in a photo. Her clothing, the background, accesories with clothing basically everything has been changed. Even her face was changed Then after, scanned it in, and did some painting manually in digital.
