Excellent work Marsha! I really like the way those pots turned out!
Marsha Elliott replied:
Thank you very much, Ken....clay pots are alot of fun to paint with all those uneven colors.

Love this relaxing still life and soft palette! Terra cotta is so wonderful in watercolor! FV
Marsha Elliott replied:
I really enjoyed painting the clay pots even though the real ones weren't this colorful. That's the fun part about being an artist, we can make things any color we want! Thanks for your nice comment, Angie.

Marsha, I fell in love with this one just seeing the thumbnail! The dark background makes a very dramatic contrast. What a grand idea to paint at a garden centre!
Marsha Elliott replied:
Thank you, Peggy....I'm so glad you like it. My friends and I go to the garden center quite often. We can move things around to make up our own little still lifes. Of course we put everything back the way we found them before we leave so we stay in their good graces. :)

Great composition Marsha as always. The names Eunice and Jennifer intrigue me-I thought you were called Marsha.
Marsha Elliott replied:
Thank you, Val. It's funny that you should ask about the names. Yes, my name is Marsha. A long time ago, Paul Lovering kept calling me Martha by mistake because he has a friend named Martha so after a couple times of telling him that my name is Marsha and not Martha, we made a game of it and started calling each other different names for the fun of it.
