The p-40 Warhawk was the forerunner to the P-47 and P-51 and manufactured by Curtis with a Pratt and Whitney R-1830 engine. Used in many allied air forces during WWII under different names such a the Kittyhawk for the RAF. Used as a fighter bomber and bomber escort. Bill has been painting and selling his artworks and prints for over 30 years and they are collected worldwide. You will see a wide variety of subjects and many locations around the world when looking through his galleries on this site many of which have been inspired by his travels.
