"One Drop at a Time" is part of the Fine Art Canadian Nature Photography Collection by Shelley Myke. This collection of icicles found hanging off a winter cabin is a reminder of a record ice storm in Guelph, Ontario Canada which left trees overburdened with the sudden freezing temperatures combined with a 3 day ice storm. The beauty and simplicity of nature can be seen in this single icicle as warm temperatures cause this single drop of water to form on the tip of the icicle. Photographed at sunset on a grey overcast winter day this scene becomes a silver grey blue tone.
