Tor Bay Beach is on the Eastern Shore of Nova Scotia, Canada, and on this very warm summer day my friend's golden retriever,Saul, was perfectly content to loaf in a cool salt water pool created by the Atlantic Ocean surf breaking over some rocks and filling up a hollow in the sand.
