The model is Mads, though some see Hannibal, or Nigel. Either way, it's Mads and he's wearing all black and he's blindfolded - which doesn't seem to phase him. Are his hands bound? Only your imagination can answer that. The original painting is acrylic on 12 x 24" stretched canvas. Printed, this would look best on canvas at the same size or smaller.
