Description
This vintage television used to be very popular. the family would gather around watching it for hours. friends and neighbors would like to come over to watch the tv. Everyone would want to watch, it was very popular. Now, it sits in an abandoned apple barn, covered with dust waiting out its time. Will someone come along and find it, bring it back to life and rescue it to those that have an admiration and appreciation of all things old? Perhaps it will succumb to the elements and rot away, only its glass and electrical components left behind. time will tell.

Sondra, you have an amazing imagination and I love the fish tank idea! You surprise me with your comment about the abstract "art" on the glass screen of the set. I always stare at that , when I was there and now in the photograph. The reflections and smudges in the accumulated dust and dirt of the curved glass keep me looking but yet I always assumed it was something that many viewers would have thought was an unattractive part of the photo. Repulsive, somewhat. your comments bring me a smile and good feeling. Thanks.

Fantastic, art upon art upon art, from the abstract dust art on the glass tube, to the amazing detail work on the unit itself, magically captured by your talent, and all the news papers around. Any art work that intrigues , leaves me with questions, causes me to think is a challenging gem to find, I want to read the dates, look at the stories, and as odd as this is - I've always wanted to turn a set just like that into a fish tank , set the changer to change the lights in the tank, GREAT image Gary, thanks for the creative rush.
