Description
This is a very 'Melbourne' painting. In decades gone by, the Melbourne, Australia suburban train network had red wooden carriages, with rich amber varnished interiors. On winter evenings after work, these 'red rattlers' were warm golden cocoons against the cold night outside. The original painting sold last week at an exhibition.

Very creative and beautiful work. I think you found the best way to capture a Metro scene. V/F
