Description

This is a composite of a view on Assateague Island in Virginia and the Cape May, NJ lighthouse at night. I rarely do insertions of part of one image into another, but the sunset was just asking for something else. Hence, the lighthouse was added to the background. A totally generic lighthouse scenic which I happen to like because a great number of the lighthouses in the Northeast are now well inland of any major water masses. For instance, Assateague Island lighthouse itself is about two miles from the ocean as are a number of the Delaware lights.
