Mule Deer Lovers from River Mural
Artist
Dawn Senior-Trask
Medium
Painting - Acrylic On Wood
Description
While walking in the draw near her log cabin, Dawn saw two deer rise from the autumn snow among the sagebrush where they'd been resting. A magnificent buck and a beautiful doe, the mule deer stood for a long while, the doe nuzzling and licking the buck. Dawn never forgot the affection they showed for each other and, many years later, included them among the Animal Vignettes in her River Mural.

Dawn you have a wonderful sense of the poetic that comes through in all your work, and this one is a particularly good example of what I am saying, beautifully executed and described - Dawn I appreciate your thoughtful insights on 'Philippe IV', Velasquez said he was a weak and vain man, as well as being a Tyrant, so you are rights in your assumptions - Thank you....
