Description

While literally hundreds of photographers were snapping away at the customary Oxbow Bend shot, I gave up my place (which was immediately taken) and turned my attention to this scene behind me. The geese had just landed and were paddling their way into view. Of course the ground fog and the light breaking through to the point of land didn't hurt either.
