Description
This is an impressionistic painting of Milwaukee's historic City Hall. This is the second time I've painted this building and I'm pleased with the result. The dark and misty rainy day with the glowing lights of City Hall and the downtown traffic create a soft jewel of light and reflections on the wet pavement.
