This painting is a catharsis-yea, I was dissapointed...okay, mad. I took my portfolio to a gallery and was told my work wasn't gallery quality and that I made posters. Why didn't she tell me she just say she didn't like it? Do other lettering artists have this problem? Well, I think posters are art and many are in galleries. I'm not trying to compare myself to Toulouse-Lautrec, but do you think he had this problem? So I made this POSTER - pretty "in your face" for me. Ha,Ha - Hope you like it.

Sid, I don't blame you for getting angry. Galleries have bloated images of themselves. If you watch Antiques Roadshow on PBS you will find posters get more money than furniture. Love your work.
