What a lovely view of the valley Shirley. I have driven this road numerous times and have seen all kinds of wildlife at different times of the year, including a moose (only once though) down by the lake. What a wonderful picture that brings back many wonderful memories of beautiful Alberta. You're so lucky living in such a beautiful part of Canada!

Unless there's a bright sky the colors here are quite subtle in winter, I find it a restful change from summer.
