About 'Love in Lal Bagh' series - During my morning walks I often sit to rest for sometime on the bench, and after a few minutes I realize that invariably there is always a couple silently stacked away under the cool shades of the gigantic trees of the Lal Bagh Gardens, sharing their thoughts to their hearts content, unmindful of their surroundings. This series is all about them.
I have done these paintings using a new technique that I have tried for the first time. It is called 'impasto' style of painting. This time I have done away with realistic colors, and used colors that I just felt befitting the situation.
