The Niagara River flows rapidly to the point where the water goes over the falls. This scene is just before the water hits the rocks at the top of the falls.Turbulent and danger, there is nevertheless beauty in the power of the water, Looking at this, one is actually looking downward from a banking at the water and rainbow dancing above it. No one has ever gone over the American falls and survived. Beauty and power which needs to be respected.
