Description

St. George Island Lighthouse. Plucked, brick by brick, from the Gulf of Mexico after its final collapse. An army of volunteers cleaned and stacked the bricks and found a matching grant to rebuild the lighthouse in the middle of St. George Island. The keepers cottage is a replica based on old photos. Visitors and locals enjoy a monthly full moon climb.
