I believe that this is an eastern Grey Kangaroo, taken in Queensland, Australia, An enchanting and peaceful marsupial. The backlighting on this shot brings out the detail in the hair and the shadowy background shows the rich greens of the tropical rainforest foliage. It was an honour to spend quality time with such beautiful creatures
