This is the new Florida Polytechnic University, located near Lakeland Florida. It is a beautiful modern building with a marvelous design! The architect is Dr. Santiago Calatrava. The building has lovers that track the sun, and open in the sunlight and close in the night. (As they are shown in this shot) In some of my other photos you can see the lovers in the raised position. This photo was take just after sunset to show the beautiful lighting reflecting on one of the many pools that surround the building! I hope you enjoy the "Jewel in the Night"!!!!
