This monotone image was captured along the shores of Upper Waterton Lake near Waterton Townsite, Waterton National Park, June 2015. The view is to the east. This small free standing copse of evergreens and cottonwoods appears huddled together to maintain through countless days of windy conditions. This area is adjacent to Waterton Townsite Campground.
